3. Pricing and Payment

4. Warranties

- All work will be performed in accordance with local codes and regulations

- Safety of our technicians and your property is our priority
- Work may be suspended if unsafe conditions are encountered
8. Emergency Services
- Emergency services are available 24/7 at premium rates
- Emergency service calls require immediate payment
- Emergency rates apply to after-hours, weekend, and holiday service
- Response times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances
